Hi, I’m Emma, and welcome to my blog! Crumbs and Tea is place for me to share my recipes and it was created over 6 years ago just after I realized how much I love icing cakes, cracking eggs and eating raw cookie dough.
My blog consists of a range of tasty, sweet, indulgent recipes that will almost always have chocolate in them. My specialty is creating custom cakes for people, anywhere from small birthday cakes to wedding cakes.
Due to health reasons, I now eat a gluten-free, vegan diet. You are probably thinking, “Wait, but you make cakes and other delicious goodies? Why are you GF/vegan?” Great question! In October 2017, I was recently diagnosed with IBS which is a disorder that affects the large intestine. I still love to create content around my custom cakes but I will also be sharing recipes that I eat in my everyday life.
My current interests and hobbies include cooking (obviously), watching Friends (religiously), sleeping (can’t get enough of that) and making my way through my Toronto vegan restaurant adventure (see!!!!).
