This cake is to celebrate a lady’s 80th birthday! I love making cakes that celebrate exciting moments in somebody’s life, whether it’s a big birthday or a special life event.
It is a four-layered vanilla cake with salted caramel buttercream, topped with an array of purple flowers, blackberry macaroons, and mini vanilla donuts (they’re hidden in there somewhere!) 🌷💐
